Besides gaining weight, you might have bloating and gas among other stuff. But, you'd be getting lots of calcium. Addition by ewen1605: Probably too much calcium. I'm not sure, but I think a build up of calcium can form kidney stones, the most painful injury and human can withstand. Literally the excess calcium forms solid stones inside your kidneys that - somehow - your body has to get rid of. Kidney stones the size of Golf balls have been found before.
