- Later Volcano shaped ulcer
- More later Disappear volcano shape & more extensive ulcer widely spread
Pain is mild only tend to later stage.
But its Never go for Itching & irritation which is the most cause for the miss the lesions by the doctor.
Medical advises must be wish soon as possible to prevent spread visceral organs which is difficult to treat. { but doesn't mean can't, it can. ]

Cryotherapy - result to poor cosmetic results
it can be cured completely with only proper treatments
it can be spread from infected person, when bitten by sand fly which is the vector
