Advice given with wisdom to back it, usually from an older person.
There are two words, advise and advice. Advise is the verb, advice is what you get. Someone can advise you by giving you advice. So it depends on which one you mean.
"Consejo" in Spanish means advice or counsel.

Advising means "providing advice", giving or offering advice to someone, or to offer an opinion worthy of following.
Because the word "how" doesn't mean the same thing as "what.""How" means "by what means" or "in what manner" - it would not make any sense to say "In what manner good advice,"
