have a warm bath before bed, but put your PJs on the radiator so they are really warm when you put them on :) dry your hair (if you have long hair) and make a cup of Hot Chocolate (don't drink tea or coffee because the caffeine in it will keep you awake) and drink it straight before you go to bed... :) always works ;)
