Well she shouldn't be jealous that your hanging around your sister because she is family so she must have a low opinion of her self
Try giving her more compliments but don't over do it
If your sister is beautiful don't tell her or agree with her that she is. It makes her think she has to look like that to get your attention
Put yourself in her shoes
think twice before you say something(make sure it has no double meaning)
I guess mainly just try to put her mind at ease by letting her know that there are other women out there but you chose her for her
