If a girl likes you she will tell you whether it be through actions or verbal conversation. You cannot force her to tell you she likes you. You could try talking to her and if you like her let her know or ask her on a date.

Actually, not always true. There's this girl who like you said shows it through verbal actions and did through conversation and when i asked her out, shot me down, denied everything and things are awkward now and yet she likes me
