eat right and get lots of exercise

Eat 4-6 small meals a day, average about 1500 to 2500 calories per day. Exercise every other day or every three days 30 minutes to two hours a day. Remember to eat breakfast. Eat a breakfast high in protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates (example whole wheat or sprouted grain toast with eggs and fruit.)

Try and buy fertilized eggs. Fertilized eggs have much less bad cholesterol. As for meat try chicken, turkey, salmon etc. Limit beef and pork to once a week. Drink plenty of water, as that can aid digestion and help you think clearer. Stay away from saturated fats, bad cholesterol, trans fat, sugar(that includes corn syrup,) artificial sweeteners. (example Aspartame, sorbitol, sucralose.) Eat plenty of fruits and vegtables, and remember to eat high protein foods 1-2 hours before exercise. Get plenty of sleep each night, and exercise you mind by doing puzzles or crossword puzzles, sudoku etc
