Depends on the situation I suppose...
I really don't consider myself as a counselor, you could go see one if you think it's necessary.
Or you could listen to me, which I do NOTrecommend...
You could talk it out with the person or thing you have so much hate for.
OR...
Maybe you could get their face on a pillow and punch it a lot, but I have not found that to solve my problems.
OR...
Talk it out with somebody else, someone you can tell anything to.
This could be a best friend, a family member, or maybe even a COUNSELOR.
I seriously do not recommend you listen to me, I am not certified in helping people with their personal problems. However, I do know that counselors are.
There are school counselors, but that could be embarrassing. At my school, the counselor calls you over the intercom so that everyone can hear.
I'm sure you don't want that.
Ask your parents/guardians to help, they can find a private counselor that will know just what to say, and will probably fix your problems quickly and in the best way possible.
