i would break up with her and tell her that we can't continue as long as she likes another and show that I'm sad but not mad. and tell her that I'll always be there for her and if anything happens to her she has to know she can count on me and explain that I'm really worried about her from this guy and that i think she deserves to be treated better even if it wasn't from me.
this is a very difficult situation you have here I'm not fully convinced of my solution but if you decide to follow it, after you break up don't lose her friendship maybe she's meant to come back.
