Smaller dosages should not be a severe problem, but if alot of tin foil is consumed, immediately seek medical assistance. The dangers of consuming aluminum is debated; but since it is considered a toxic metal (to the body), making sure to minimize intake is a reasonable decision.

That could be really painful and damaging to your teeth, and anything non-edible can be difficult to digest and will most likely damage your digestive tract.
