Keep the crush to yourself. Extra-marital affairs are major disasters waiting to happen. No good would come of this. Possible consequences could be. It would severly damage your working environment. The personal consequences would be as follows. you could cause them to divorce if you did have the affair and it was discovered. Also you need to realize what your friends and family think and feel about you would change and not for the better. Just keep the situtation simple, do not get involved. And everyone will be happy It would probably be better to "stuff" your crush, or divert it to some other hottie. Keep in mind the more you focus on someone in particular, the less you leave yourself open to finding love with someone else. There is someone out there for you. There are a lot of people out there for you in fact, just divert your attention to "having" hat you really want (this works) and dont put too much stock in things that wont work out.
