You can try using soap and water on the rim of the bottle where your finger is stuck. Pull gently (don't jerk the bottle).
Another thing you can try is waiting a few minutes. You finger will release moisture and you should be able to remove your finger more easily. (I did this and it worked. My finger was stuck pretty good, too.)
If you absolutely can not remove the bottle from your finger, you should go to the Emergency Room. Do NOT try to break the bottle. You might get glass in your finger (or face, or other part of your body.)
My finger was bleeding, there was a fragment of glass stuck in it.
Put them in the freezer overnight. The next day lower the large bottle in very warm water without allowing warm water to contact the small bottle. The overnight cold will contract the small bottle and the warmth will expand the large bottle. They may be easy to separate that way.
You will regret it tremendously. I have been dealing with this for 3 moths now and it keeps getting worse.
Grease the top of the bottle!

No, the first Windex bottle was not made of glass. It was a plastic spray bottle when it was first introduced in the market.
Reusing a glass bottle is not safe in the least bit. This is unless the bottle has been completely sterilized.
