If you get hot water in your eyes, you may get severe burns and even go blind. You should rinse immediately with cold water. It all really depends on how hot the water is. If it really isn't that hot, nothing will happen. If you've never gotten water in your eyes, then they may become slightly sore.

well what happened to me was...first i spilled extremely hot water onto my inner thigh by accident, and approximately3-5 minutes later I rinsed it off with cold water. After 2 minutes my leg started to feel like it was on fire! you might see some excess skin on the part where it hurts, but do not mess with it. that is the skin in which the boil will use to form. when the boil does form then try not to touch it at all because it will fell like it is on fire while the boil is forming. when the boil is finished forming then it wont hurt as much anymore. try your best not to touch it and for your own sake do not pop it. Sleeping will be very tough because if you turn over on it then you could put too much pressure on it causing it to pop. so if it is on a leg try to sleep with that leg bent upward and so dont put it under the cover!! trust me I've got a huge one on my thigh!!
best of luck to you and to me too!! xoxoxo!! ure never alone!! :)
If you have itching or burning, rinse with a sterile saline solution (the kind used for contact lenses). You should keep this available to use instead of tap water, which usually works but can irritate the eyes. If redness or irritation persists, your doctor can refer you to an eye specialist, who can provide prescription medication to treat it.
Nothing. So long as its just water.
If it was boiling water and you get a red blotchy burn, you may be best getting it treated at a medical facility.
