Well, first of all, I would silently thrill mentally lol (if he's hot) Well, consider the way he's staring at you first. Is it confusion? Is it just normal staring off into space? Is he really staring at you or something else? Is he smiling sweetly then looking away? Is he checking you out? Is he with someone who is pointing and laughing at you? There are alot of different ways someone could be staring at you. Some ways it could be in a good way, and others bad. If you have a good guess that he's staring at you in a sweet way or checking you out, go over there and talk to the man!! XD have some fun with him! You never know, that one guy could be your soul mate!! :)
