The house of your father-in-law is your father-in-law'shouse.

"My father's house"
Your father's brother's son is your first cousin. The English language does not have a name for the wife of a cousin. You would simply refer to her as "my cousin's wife."
The English language does not have a special term for the house in which a wife's father lives. You would call is, simply, my father-in-law's house.
