Often humans can be difficient in Thiamine as it is destroyed by Sulphur Dioxide ingested from nearly all processed foods. Anyone drinking alot of wine or beer will also be ingesting alot of Sulphur Dioxide. It can cause severe mood swings, aggression, varicose veins, decreased memory, depression, suicide feelings, fatigure, rapid heart beat and especially breathing problems.
