A liter (which is sometimes spelled litre) is about a quart (a little bit biger).
Water Bottle
Only if you mean water, you can say 1 liter of water weighs one kilogram.
As the amount of ounces per liter is 33.824 and 750ml is 33.824 x .75, then the ounces per 750ml bottle would equal 25.368 oz. Using the standard 5 oz glass, there are about 5 glasses per bottle of wine.
It would depend on the size, shape, and weight of the water bottle, and whether you mean a glass or plastic container. Also, if you mean a 'hot water bottle', that uses different material and holds more or less weight depending on how full it is.
"litre" is the British way of writing "liter". The two mean exactly the same thing and are pronounced the same but spelled differently. There are 33.8 ounces in a liter. A liter is a measure of volume, like a gallon, a quart, a pint, or an ounce. A 2-liter bottle of soda contains two liters, or 67.6 ounces of soda.

I think to get all natural water in a water bottle at Giant or another grocery store. Unless you mean water thats not in a bottle then in a creek.
i assume you mean a water bottle? If so it's called condensation.
If you mean what means does one have to measure it, the best tool is "displacement": You take a known volume of water, and immerse the thing you want to measure. The amount of extra space the water takes up will be exactly the volume of the thing you put in it.
The volume equivilent of one killogram of water
If you mean to boil veg in then from the kitchen tap? if you mean to drink then from a bottle.
