I find that mint is a wonderful thing to help relieve an upset stomach. Olives also work, as well as a fizzy clear drink like Sprite or Ginger Ale. Ginger tea works well too. Other than that, just try to relax sitting up and let your body take its course. If you need to use the restroom, then do so and don't hold it in. You could try some pepto bismal if you've got any handy.

Try to avoid dairy products while your stomach is hurting. Going to the washroom helps sometimes (you might have known that already) and drinking ginger ale or tea might help, too.
