ok. your lucky - because ive searched on the internet to find this answer as well and havent been able to. but i came up with my own sollution (my bump was on the ridge of my nose) - so here it is:all you need are two elastic bands - fairly thick - not thin ones. make sure theyre not too big or small, bit so they can stretch over your head and be fairly tight.
Then, just put it over your head, resting underneath your ears, and directly over the bump on your nose. If it keeps moving off the bump - just hold it there. It helps to push down hard over the bands, on the bump as well. You can also jolt the bands up and down over the bump to catalyse it.
After about 5 minutes youll notice the bump going down!! however, this may not last forever, so id do it for 10 minutes, leave it afew days. then if it comes back up, repeat the process.
Simple. Easy. Effective
And im no scientist. Just experimented myself. Scientists know s%*@.
