It's not really an urge, but it's more like a psychological condition where the person is obsessed with stealing and shoplifting. Most Kleptomaniacs do steal for different reasons, mostly for the thrill.

∙ 13y agoit is someone who steals uncontrollably...its a mental disorder...they have urges no matter what the object/item is...they just have to steal something..sometimes it can be just one type of items like socks...and times it could be a wide variety of items that the person has no use for.
