Honestly, there really isn't anything. There are a whole bunch of promises to make you taller, but trust me, they don't work, so don't waste your money. You can grow a good 2-3 inches taller by eating right and exercising, and there is also a $200,000 surgery availible, but I'm guessing that's not an attainable option. So go with exercise!
