If you are young and fit, try exercise 3-5 times a week, 30-60 min each time. Running, swimming, tennis, kick-boxing, yoga, etc. If you are older or had suffered injury, or recovering from one, or having heart condition, walking is one the best exercise to keep you in top shape. Young or old, we need to exercise and eat right to keep our body healthy. Stronger bones and muscles means a healthier body.

I've made my fair share of mistakes, and if I can help you avoid a few, I'd sure like to try.

There's no fun in playing it safe. Why not try something a little unhinged?
