∙ 12y agoWell, you might be allergic to some medicine that you took. If so, try ice ,and heat. Not at the same time of course though!
If still no good results after a day or two, see your doctor

It depends on what caused the swelling. Get a fairly large bowl, put some ice and water in it. Only fill it half full or the ice and water will over flow the bowl. This normally helps. It won't CURE the swelling, but it will help.
Your tongue will swell anyway and as for getting it to go down quicker there's no real cure, You can use ice water & crushed ice in your mouth. Also one thing my piercer recommended was Ibuprofen that melts in your mouth so you can allow it to actually enter the piercing site. :)
No, it doesn't cure the snake bite. It does, however, reduce the amount of venom flowing through the victim's body. The only cure - is to get to a hospital for treatment with anti-venin.
