You cannot do anything for a person who has an excuse for everything. You can try calling them on their excuses or point out to them that they are ultimately responsible for their own actions and they need to stop using excuses.

Can you give me a sentence using the word excuse?

There could be 2 different ways to use "excuse." "Please excuse me from the table." In this use, "excuse" means "Please forgive me for leaving the table." This is the same usage for "Excuse me." used when you pass someone, bump into someone, or interrupt someone. OR "That's not a good excuse." This one is a little confusing. The word is used as a "reason," as in "That's not a good reason." This definition is faulty. A reason is not an excuse, and an excuse is not a reason. To excuse irrational behavior, or to excuse an irrational explanation is an excuse. A rationalization is making a poor explanation sound like a good reason. A rationale is an explanation of a good reason.

What does con permiso?

Con permiso literally means "with permission" in English, but is considered the equivalent of the phrase "excuse me" in the English language. There are two words that are used to say "excuse me" in the Spanish language: con permiso and perdón. Perdón is used to interrupt a conversation, to get someone's attention, to indicate you do not understand something, or to excuse yourself if you bump into someone. Con permiso is used more specifically to ask someone to let you pass by or to politely let someone know you are about to leave.
