You either have to overcome your jealousy or do an operation to make your breasts bigger, like the person above me mentioned. Those are the only two options I see really.
Keep in mind that you might not stay with your current boyfriend for your entire life though. If your next boyfriend likes small breasts and you chose to make your breasts bigger, you're just gonna be jealous of small breasted girls instead. If you're going through surgery just to change how your body looks, it should be because YOU want to look that way, not because of anyone else.
Thus, I believe overcoming your jealousy is the better idea. Your breasts are just a small part of your body, and has nothing to do with your personality.
Try asking your boyfriend how important your breast size really is to him.
He obviously knew from the beginning that you don't have the size he prefers, and yet he still chose you to be his girlfriend and still wants to be in a relationship with you. That makes me believe that how big your breasts are isn't of any great importance to him.
