You could probably try talking to a counselor or someone who you could talk to professionally and get you the correct help that you need. Try and find happy things to help you with, like doing what you like to do, like reading a book, or going to a park and swinging, or talking to a good friend... Yes kissing does release endoprhins and so does cutting yourself, but there are other ways that you can get help in better ways than hurting yourself with something you are trying to break the habit of.
