Health is the well being of your body such as; physical, mental ,and social/emotional health while wellness is state of well being, or balanced health. Health is also defined as the absence of illness, pain, etc. Well-being does not necessarily depend on health, except in the physical realm. A person can adjust to disability, for example, and be healthy and experience well-being despite a disability.
A well being index, which generally encompasses wellness in things health, wealth, and education.

Things become a health issue when a group of people become concerned about it and talk about it.
Health is a concept of wellness. My peers are the people around me in my group. I belong to a branch of allied health care called CAM, or Complimentary and Alternative Medicine. The group to which I belong is called massage therapy and our view of health is one of vitality, so when we try to help someone become more healthy we facilitate and promote things that help their body systems function in a more balanced and harmonious way in body and mind.
The wellness triangle describes the different things you need to do to be healthy in relation to each other. For example the things that you need to do most are on the bottom of the triangle as the base.
Your health and wellness are the most important things that you should take care of. In order to survive, you have to remain healthy. Have routine health check-ups done by your doctor to keep track of your blood pressure and other vital signs. Maintain a balanced diet and exercise regime so you can keep your body healthy and in shape. Health and wellness programs are available at local community centers and hospitals.
Health Continuum----it is like a scale where you can find an ideal way of wellness and on the other hand you can find the worst way to handle your life and you can find a middle point where you might see what is wrong and what can you improve to your health.

The importance of health for human beings is essential because health defines our state of wellness. There are many things we need to have to live a full any healthy lifestyle, these include a good diet, exercise, adequate sleep, stress management ect...All of these are compulsay elements to our health and without such can leave you with a lack of well being.
