An unbalanced stressed out lifestyle that goes ignored will yield the following health problems: thyroid issues, Adrenal Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, sluggish immune system which can leave the body vulnerable to dis-ease. In addition high stress persons may experience high blood pressure which can over time can lead to hardened arteries, stroke, heart attack, and death. It is very simple to lower the the threshhold for stress by changing and regulating consciously one's breath in exercises aimed at breathing which in and of itself will create the proper anti stress hormones that promote calm and healing in the body. Start with your awareness of your breath, and then alter diet, exercise and self awareness of lifestyle.
