I suppose you could get (temporarily)blinded by a glint from it, or run over by a staff member, but that's about it.
As far as power stations goes, it's probably the nicest neighbor. No noise, as from wind turbines, no fumes, as from coal/oil burning plants, no radiation concern as from nuclear power plants.
