its not healthy to eat white bread white bread does not have any grains or whatever in it

but with wheat bread you get a lot of vitamins and minerals and stuff Enriched white bread has all the good stuff put back in so why choke down wheat bread. It's illegal to eat pb&j on wheat bread anyway.
