Self-disciplined individual,

equality among the people,

obeying laws,

fight for a good change,

energetic youths

this can form a good society.

That sounds more like a police state

the ideal society would be one where no laws were in fact needed

Where

All people were equal

There was no need to fight

ambitious and hopeful youths

and where the individual can express an ideal without being ridiculed for it

and still maintain respect for the ideals of the whole
