If you ask wondering about Internal and External influences of a business there are many. Internal means things that the business can control, some of these include management, product, location, resources (meaning who they are buying the materials from, captial ect), and the business culture (how the business operates e.g. Green, Australian Made, ect). External influences also vary and could be economy, government, multicultralism, product diversity, competitors, market conditions, geographic and social. Though these are only a few, many other Internal and External Influences exist.

Hope this helped :)

An internal influence is something a business can control, like management, product and location. An external influences cannot really be controlled by a business, and include economy, competitors, and market conditions.

Internal influences (in the marketing/business sense) are things that an organization can easily change or improve that are within complete control of the organization (such as customer service, product, etc.).
