  • Smoking, of course, is mostly negative on your body, but does give a few benefits. Nicotine is a stimulant, so it'll increase your heart rate and blood pressure. In addition to that, it also has been said to ease irritable bowl syndrome.
  • Some reports suggest smoking decreases chances of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and others.

There really are no benefits of smoking. It gives you lung cancer, it smells bad, it rots your teeth...pesonally, if I saw a girl smoking, I would not want to go out with her. I am sure girls feel the same way about smoking guys. Although there is one. I read in David French's book everything is bad for you that non-smokers have an increased risk of getting Parkinson's disease. Before you light up, though, take another look at the above.
There is no benefits, unless you wanna risk lung cancer and possibly death.
