Microorganisms break down our food for us. In our stomach, yes acid does it's part, but acid can only eat the outside in and also can not travel through the rest of the digestive track without being dissolved or harmful to the rest of the body. Bacteria continue the breaking down process without hurting our body (not all bacteria do this, in specific only the ones who specialize in doing so.). That's why cows would die without bacteria. Their systems especially depend on bacteria, although they still have to chew a lot.
There are harmful to all organisms, but some bacteria are helpful in many ways.

Microorganisms multiply in a few different ways. They can multiply using binary fission, mitosis and meiosis. Different organisms use different ways.

There are many ways in which the echinoderms are helpful to the environment. They help to clean up the waste of other marine organisms and they help to maintain the biodiversity within their ecosystem.
It's in yogurt
Two ways that some organisms can escape from unfavorable environmental conditions would be to move or migrate or to hibernate. Some organisms can even adapt.
Beneficial micro-organisms, environmental conditions, and natural processes are ways which account for how objects decay in a compost bin. The confined space concentrates the effects of proper air, heat, light, moisture, and nutrient levels. It also protects such beneficial micro-organisms as bacteria and fungi as these micro-invertebrates promote decomposition.
