Culture refers to the beliefs and ways of live of communities. The way a community lives impacts on their health for example Irish travellers have lower life expectancy rates than their settled counterparts, this is due to the impact of their culture on their health. One way to do that is to find someone you trust and follow there diet plan. Until then, since we all learned about the 4 basic food groups in elementary school, that would be a great place to start. That means to eat lean meats, veggies, fruit and dairy with each meal. But we also know to add plenty of water to our diets.
