This is a tough question. For most vital signs, normal is relative. What's normal for one person, may not be normal for another. Here's and example of healthy vital signs that I would look for in the field. BP 124/82; pulse rate 90; respiratory rate 18; 98% O2 saturation; eyes PERRL (Pupils Equal Regular and Reactive to Light). Some authors may write PERRLA (Pupils Equal Regular and Reactive to Light Answers)
Physical vital signs may written in brief as: T,P,R,BP,Wt, CV-PCWP,CO inputs and out puts.. . as T,P,R waves on EKG monitor expressed; BP as Blood Pressure, CV-PCWP as Central Veine-Pulmonary Central Water Pressures.
