AVOID (partially) hydrogenated products in storebought foods! if your looking to lose weight and increase metabolism (the rate at which your body burns calories) eat lean meats, and yes, even alittle of the fat too. there is a diff between bad and good fat. your body NEEDS good fat, like fat from animals, especially fish, and your body cant use fats from man-made products, so look closer at labels when you shop. remember: hydrogenation is your worst enemy in foods.
