What affect the way children's brains become wired?

Pruning of the brain cells which can lead to schizophrenia and other mental issues. When babies are very young, at an age like about 4 weeks to maybe a year that are growing up in a non textured, non patterned, non visual, non auditory environment can effect their brain development because that is the time where humans develop the most by connecting brain cells. The textures n\and such make and help the brain develop.
