It depends on the concentration of the medicine in the first place. For example if the medicine is 100mg/100ml, the quantity to get 4.1mg would be 4.1mg. If it were 100mg/1ml, the quantity would differ. It would only be .041ml. You have to do this equation --> (mg of medicine you want) multiplied by the concentration of the medication.
So, 4.1mg x (1ml/100mg) yields .041mg. Make sure the mg is on the bottom in order for the units to cancel out.
