We are creatures of habit and familiarity. We are also afraid of change and what if's. You are human and gave yourself to someone and find it confusing and hurtful that someone treated you that way that you gave your all too. You can still love the good memories but let go of the bad and kick the man to the curb, in your mind. He was a part of your life and you cant change that but you do have the power to have a future. Start a hobbie, go places you havent been before, change your homes decor, I dont mean you have to spend alot, just rearrange the furniture and dye the curtains. Throw everything that is not of real value that has to do with him out, burn some pictures, safely, to give you closure, keep your mind occupied with crossword puzzles or new people, new adventures, have fun and live your life for you......Do it now, do something small everyday for yourself to feel better.
