There's a lot of stuff that are good for health. Some of them include exercise. When we exercise we get stronger which will help us in picking or doing anything with heavy stuff. Another one is eating vegetables and fruits. Vegetables and fruits have vitamins that also give us a healthy body and its good for health. Some more are like water. Water keeps us hydrated, but if you drink alcohol its just bad for your health. Getting a lot of sleep is also healthy because then when you wake up you won't be tired and lazy to do anything. Getting all of the things in the food pyramid is a another health importance. There's tons of other things that are good for health but these are some of the few.
