No. The normal body temperature of the average human is 98.6° F (37° C). The only stable, constant, interior temperature of the Earth is at the core where it is estimated to be an average 5650 kelvins (9710.6º F or 5377 ºC) at about 4,000 miles (6,400 km) depth.
