The tubes that sperm travel through on the way out of the body are the epididymis, vas deferens, ejaculatory duct, and urethra. The sperm are produced in the testes, stored in the epididymis, pass through the vas deferens during ejaculation, mix with other fluids in the ejaculatory duct, and finally exit the body through the urethra.
Sperm are made in the testis, carried from the testis to the epididymis via the rete testis, where they undergo further maturation. During ejaculation, sperm travel from the epididymis via the vas deferens, which joins the duct of the seminal vesicle to form the ejaculatory duct. The ejaculatory duct passes through the prostate, and joins the urethra. Sperm exit the body via the urethra. Source: wikipedia.

How would you get the two mixed?? Just because they use the same exit from the body ie the urethra, they are produced and stored in separate parts of the body and during sex the sphincter at the exit of the bladder is tightly closed.... this is why it is so difficult to pee if you have an erection
The urethra in rats functions to expel urine from the bladder to the outside of the body. It serves as a passageway for urine to exit the body through the genital opening.
The term for the site of an exit or entrance to an organ is called an "orifice." It refers to an opening or passageway through which substances enter or exit the organ. Examples include the anal orifice or the nasal orifice.
