One great way is to post a thank you to the message board of the volunteer who answered a question that you asked, or one for which you appreciate the answer. In your compliment, you can write that your compliment is meant for not just that volunteer, and please to pass along your compliment to others in the Answers.com community. (Thank you for thinking of us!)
