Tell me about a time when you met the needs of a client who did not
make it clear what he wanted"
If you make it clear nothing is wanted nothing will happen if you want it tell him
To make this clearer I called this agent stating I wanted to make a claim against his client. He is an independent agent, and sells insurance from many companies. He is giving me the run around. Is required to tell me the name of the company that insures his client?
i dont know you tell me
The general idea is that a lawyer isn't really supposed to withhold any information from his client - after all the lawyer is instructed by his client to carry out legal work on his behalf so any withholding of information could be detrimental to the client. If the State has evidence in relation to the client then the client needs to know and of course the lawyer should tell him - otherwise the case wont run properly. The only example I can think of is where the lawyer discovers either directly through the client or via some other agency that the client is involved in fraudulent activity. In England the lawyer is legally obliged to inform the authorities of this and is not permitted to "tip-off" his client that a subsequent arrest is imminent.

can you tell me five reasons that I should wear gloves when working with a client
A scope letter will tell why the client needs the project and the plan to execute it. It Includes a brief description of what the project will result in, whether it's a written report, a presentation or something material. It will also state the client's involvement during the process and if input or cooperation is necessary to conclude the project.
You don't.
Because, in most of the cases, the people who need to tell us what is required from the project are either not sure of what they want or are not clear in elaborating their needs.
