Snorting is only effective when you are trying to break through the blood-brain barrier. Ketorolac works by sort of disabling the prostaglandins, which cause redness, pain and fever with inflammation. Snorting it will probably only destroy your sinuses and because it is a blood thinner, your chances of eye and stomach bleeding go up way more.
