How mush sleep do you need a day?
It is commonly reported that people need 8 hours of sleep per
night, but recent studies point otherwise. These studies showed
that adults who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night lived longer
than those who got less than 6 or greater than 7 hours of sleep. As
long as your sleep is undisturbed, there is no reason why a person
would need more than 7 hours per night. Children, teenagers, and
elderly people may need more than this though.
