No! second hand smoke is very bad for u and can do just as much damage as smoking yourself
And your cigarette has Tar in it like the roads do and when you breathe in that Tar when the cigarette is lit your lungs and the child's lungs will become black and you and the child will have hard time breathing

yes, if they are shown to a doctor and checked for any problems. Also they should be informed and shown(pictures,videos) to all of the problems they could get by smokig.
