Do you mean whererever you look you can see black spots? If so, this is very bad. My uncle had this, he thought nothing of it at first but then after a while it hadn't gone so he went to the doctors. They examined him and saw that he had a rare condition where hairs grow in the back of your eyes and blind you eventually. He was taken to hospital straight away and had an emergency operation, and they just managed to save his sight. If this is what you have, get down to the doctors asap. I hpe this helps, good luck.
