The MTD is the dose where there is no death or morbid condition (one can have some adverse events occured at the MTD.

On the other hand NOAEL is the dose where there is no sign of toxicity...

The clinical dose can be at MTD or at NOAEL but it should not cross the MTD.

What would be an observable change in sound when the frequency changes?

An observable change in sound when the frequency changes is a difference in pitch. As the frequency increases, the pitch becomes higher, and as the frequency decreases, the pitch becomes lower. This change in pitch is due to the direct relationship between frequency and pitch in sound waves.

What is the basis of a cause and effect relationship?

The basis of a cause and effect relationship is the idea that one event (the cause) leads to another event (the effect). This relationship implies that there is a direct and observable connection between a specific action or event and its consequences. It helps us understand the relationship between actions and outcomes in various scenarios.

What is the mathematical relationship between LM and TM and SEM?

The relationship between LM (limiting magnitude), TM (telescopic magnitude), and SEM (standard error of measurement) is that LM represents the faintest magnitude observable with the naked eye, TM is the maximum magnitude a telescope can observe, and SEM is a statistical measure of the precision of a measurement. There is no direct mathematical relationship between these terms as they represent different concepts in astronomy and measurement.

Is there a relationship between the frequency of a trait in a population and whether that trait is dominant or recessive?

Some observable traits in humans are dimples, earlobes, tongue-rolling, cleft chin, hairline, and freckles. The relationship between the frequency of a trait in a population and whether the trait is dominant or recessive because in inherited human traits, the offspring can either have dimples or no dimples.

Which approach to psychology ignores mental states and thoughts and instead concentrates on observable action?

The behaviorist approach to psychology ignores mental states and thoughts and instead focuses on observable actions and behaviors. This approach emphasizes the relationship between stimuli and responses, suggesting that behaviors are learned through interactions with the environment. Famous behaviorists include B.F. Skinner and John B. Watson.

How was Albert Einstein intelligent?

Intelligent implies a relative relationship between extremes. Relativity as Einstein proposed is related to conditions involving the speed of light. Think of c = sqrt (E/m)C is a representation of a physics constantE is a scalar recursive relationship of space/time relating energy causallym is a scalar recursive relationship of space/time relating mass causallyThe constant C shows the scalar constant between these evolving causal systems of relationships (i.e. Relativity).see Quantum Entangled Systems (QES) Quantum Entangled Systems forms the underlying physics for everything observable. Cognition is formed within the matricies of causality within observable physics. Therefore, yes Einstein was intelligent.
